Project Overview
Brickbond is a concept for a new property investment app focused on connection and collaboration. People are hungry to invest their wealth wisely and set up a better future for themselves. Property presents an opportunity but there was no platform for investors to network and JV (Joint Venture) on deals together.
Approach
Extensive market and audience research revealed the three main opportunities the app would solve - helping users find credible investment partners, offering learning support for newer investors and creating a space to share and discover deals.
Design and Content
The design was kept simple and clear to appeal to a wide audience, taking inspiration from networking apps and even successful dating apps. If these apps have effective features and design patterns, then it made sense to repurpose these into the Brickbond App.
Conclusion
The Brickbond app has been fully designed and developed, with the core features and user experience in place. It is now in the process of seeking seed funding to help bring the product to a wider audience and grow its presence within the investment community.
